Together Florence Urban Resort

The rooms were mediocre and had everything essential, and access to the pool was super easy. The resort provided a great experience, and its proximity to the centre is a major plus. That said, guests should be aware that the streets just a short walk from the property did not feel entirely safe, particularly at night.

I would like to formally express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service my family and I have received during our stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience has been far below the standard we expected. Since our arrival, we have repeatedly encountered staff members who have been rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist with even the simplest requests. Today’s incident was particularly unacceptable. We booked the hotel shuttle to Florence and scheduled our return for 5:30 PM. Following the instructions provided, we arrived at the designated meeting point at 5:15 PM and waited until 5:45 PM. The shuttle never arrived, and we received no communication or explanation. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called the hotel seeking assistance. Instead of receiving support, my wife was treated in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. The staff member simply stated that she did not speak Portuguese or Spanish and therefore could not help us. She made no effort whatsoever to understand the situation, find a colleague who could assist, or offer any alternative solution. What disappoints us the most is not only the transportation issue itself, but the complete lack of customer care. A hotel that welcomes international guests should demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, empathy, and a genuine willingness to help. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience. We travel frequently and stay in hotels around the world, and it is very rare for us to encounter such poor service. The attitude and behavior of your staff have been extremely disappointing and fall well below what we expect from a hotel of this level. Unless this matter is taken seriously, I intend to share my experience on the major travel and review platforms, reflecting exactly what we have experienced during our stay. Based on the service we have received, I would currently give this hotel the lowest possible rating—not because of the facilities, but because of the unacceptable level of customer service. I sincerely hope that management will investigate this matter and take the necessary actions to ensure that no other guest has to experience the same treatment. I look forward to your response. The service and staff are verry nice and chill. The food in the restaurant is verry good. The breakfast as Well as the dinner. Nothing that you ask will be to much and they are verry helpfull. The stay was great!

It is a bit far from city center, but I easily reached it by 23A bus and was a great stay! Gym is small but you can easily do both upper&lower body. Sauna was the best part after 22k steps - was l sleeping perfectly! And breakfast! I expected smth like croissant with coffee but it had everything I needed: eggs, turkey ham, veggies and croissants of course :) and also huge selection of teas! Highly recommend!

Perfect place just outside the city. So nice with great faculty. Decently priced and wonderful breakfast. Will be staying here again.
