One of the best places in Firenze to drink excellent craft cocktails and eat something different from typical Tuscan cuisine. The buffalo wings are to die for and their menu in general is spectacular. Pay a little extra for the bison burger and other select things and you won’t regret it. Sara and Niccolò will treat you like family.

The online hours are not accurate we walked all the way there and it was closed.

Hello Lauren, we’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we closed 10 minutes early after our last customers left. You walked all the way to get there 5 minutes before closing? 1am is not last call, and it takes time to sit, to select a drink, to prepare and enjoy it. You would have had time perhaps to do a shot, and then you still would have had to walk all the way back.

We stayed nearby and stopped in for drinks. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The drinks were excellent! We didn’t eat so can’t rate that. And the music was awesome and they love music!!

What an absolute amazing wee bar. After so much pizza and pasta on our trip we really wanted something else to eat. Djaria certainly hit the mark. A few of the restaurants we had tried in Florence with high review ratings failed to live up to the reviews but Djaria surpassed them.
Delicious food, great beer and wine. The owner made us feel very welcome and was happy to chat which was great.
It maybe isn't Italian food but you must visit if in Florence

After a week of local cuisine, my family was ready to mix things up a bit and Djària was the perfect spot! The food and drinks were great, the owners (a husband and wife) were super friendly, and they were flying a Maryland flag behind the bar that matched the one on my backpack. We had to wait a few minutes for a table (it’s a very small place!) but were able to enjoy a beer, a Paloma, and some cokes out front while we waited and were glad we did. Highly recommended!
