One of the most unique dining experiences in Florence.
Insolita is much more than a restaurant—it’s a true culinary experience. Every dish is presented with incredible creativity, and each course brings an element of surprise. What impressed us most was that the food was just as extraordinary as the presentation. Every single dish was exceptional.
The waitstaff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The staff is so so nice, they gave us fun games to figure out, and once we did they gave us free shots! Very nice experience in florence, 10/10
