SE·STO on Arno - reopened as COSIMO Rooftop Restaurant & Bar

Cosimo Rooftop Restaurant & Bar offers a contemporary dining experience with a focus on refined dishes, cocktails, and a well-curated wine list. The cuisine is presented with attention to detail, and the setting is especially known for its elevated, panoramic view over Florence.

The atmosphere is elegant, modern, and intimate, with a rooftop layout that suits relaxed lunches, aperitifs, and dinner at sunset. The most characteristic elements are the city view, the polished service, and the combination of food, drinks, and setting in a single rooftop experience.

Among the most appreciated specialties are flavorful seafood dishes, well-executed pasta, snacks, and cocktails. The restaurant stands out for its scenic position above the Arno and its balanced mix of refined cooking and a sophisticated rooftop ambiance.
