Salumeria Il Salumaio dei Trulli

Salumeria Il Salumaio dei Trulli is a small, informal spot in Alberobello that focuses on freshly prepared sandwiches made with local products. The style is simple and direct, with a clear emphasis on salumi, regional ingredients and a selection broad enough to include vegan options.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a practical layout that suits a quick stop during a visit to the trulli area. What stands out most is the freshness of the fillings, the variety of combinations and the easy, casual character of the place.
