I had the red pig, big mistake, minimal pork belly, smothered with grocery store style tomato heavy BBQ sauce and kimchi. It was a sloppy mess, and it was a struggle to keep the ill conceived slop out of my lap and off my clothes. It may be that the other menu entries are much better, IDK. The vino and the service were excellent.
Astonishing craft beer selection for the Puglia region of Italy! I didn't have the burger but saw other people having it, looked immense and really tasty.
