Pinsa with a contemporary twist and simple Italian cuisine, with a focus on the dough and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is informal and refined, perfect for a relaxed yet orderly break, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The menu revolves around pinsa, prepared in various combinations and appreciated for its lightness, consistency, and meticulously crafted fillings. Among its distinguishing features are the simple yet well-constructed dishes, designed to showcase distinct flavors and recognizable ingredients. The restaurant stands out for its clear identity, centered on contemporary and straightforward cuisine, with a convivial feel and a strong focus on the overall presentation of the dish. It's a perfect choice for those seeking a simple, modern place focused on a specific specialty.

Further edit - why did you delete your first comment to me? I have a partial screen shot of your message now attached also. Perhaps in the future as a business owner you would be better to admit the service was poor. Most of these reviews must be completely disingenuous judging by the cover ups.

In response to your feedback, we would like to let you know we were never told there was any issue with electricity. Also the restaurant was not fully booked as there were multiple free tables when we came in. The tables that did have other customers that came in after us were being served before us also, even after we had asked if we could order after 30 minutes. Please find a receipt that we were charged for the gluten free pizza base built into the charge of the salame piccante. So from my perspective, the points you've raised so far haven't been supported by any facts, and a number of your statements appear to be inaccurate and untrue.

We were really looking forward to eating here, especially given the reputation for fresh pasta and gluten free options, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, the service felt disorganised. We were seated for around 10 minutes before anyone brought us a "menu," which turned out to be a single sheet of paper with a QR code. Once we had decided what to order, it was difficult to get anyone's attention, and when we were ready, we felt ignored by the waitstaff for quite some time.
The restaurant itself was also very uncomfortable. The room was extremely hot and so noisy that it was difficult to have a conversation or even hear each other across the table.
The biggest issue was the wait for the food. It took around an hour to arrive, which is far too long without any updates or explanation.
When the food finally came, the portion sizes were incredibly disappointing. The gluten free pizza, in particular, was embarrassingly small and nowhere near what you would expect for the price. While the food itself was acceptable, the portions and the overall experience simply didn't justify the wait or the cost.
It's a shame because the restaurant has potential, especially with its gluten-free offerings, but the slow service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and very small portions meant this wasn't an experience we would repeat.

Terrible , service took more than 45 minutes, didn’t even get offered a drink of water. Worst customer service ever. They then charged an extra €4 euros for a gluten free pizza that was the size of my palm. Absolutely ridiculous.
We started playing cards for 30 minutes. Way understaffed , pizza came out and it’s tiny, I could have made it myself from a frozen base a lot better.
Not at all worth it, I’ve been here for a week and I would highly advise going elsewhere.
It’s also about 40 degrees in the restaurant and no air flow.

After two hours, my daughter’s spaghetti wasn’t ready. We bought 4 appetizers and were not provided plates. We asked for water but were not provided water glasses. And to top off the night, while we waited for the food, my husband has to kill a roach that ran at our tables.

It's not pizza! Cute place. I loved the Mortadella e pistacchio pinsa. The buratta salad was great too.

Be careful with the rating.
The pasta was very poor, and the meat was tough. It looked awful. I tried to eat it because I was hungry, but I ended up leaving more than half of it on the plate.
The pizza was ok-ish, but nothing impressive. It’s nothing special, definitely overrated, and made with low-quality ingredients.
The only good thing was the beer. Unfortunately, the person who took our order had no idea what was actually on the menu.
