Poor service and food quality — Fiorentina Ristorante Toscano & Live Music, 25 July 2026
Asked for the chef’s choice of wine with our meal and was met with a look of disgust from the staff member. Tried using Google Translate to help communicate, which somehow went down even worse — he turned away, then turned back to ask if I wanted the meatballs instead.
When the food arrived, the lasagne was cold at the edges, barely warm in the middle, and the garnish was stone cold. The meatballs were the reverse — sauce scalding hot, meatballs themselves cold. Blood sugar issues meant I couldn’t wait around to send it back and start again.

Newly opened. Delicious food and very pleasant live music (always different—I had piano and a singer). The owners and the staff are very attentive and offers great wine recommendations. And the tiramisu is heavenly! I'll come definitely again.

We had a wonderful dinner here, and this place truly deserves a great review.
The atmosphere was fantastic: a bright, spacious dining room with plenty of space between the tables, a comfortable temperature despite the summer heat, and beautiful live music that made the evening feel especially romantic.
The staff were warm, attentive, and happy to recommend dishes.
The Florentine steak was outstanding—perfectly cooked, juicy, and served already sliced. They even offered to cook a few pieces a little more for our children, which was a thoughtful touch. The portion was generous enough for our family of four. The truffle risotto was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced. We also loved that the food wasn’t overly salty.
