Il Latini never disappoints, and it’s the OG for Bistecca Fiorentina! Amazingly flavorful steak, and the sides are cooked perfectly.

The Florentine steak was delicious and so tender. Probably the best we had so far. The service could have been a bit faster though . It was also rather warm inside. Reservation recommended. Cash tips only.

Fantastic food, the Florentine steak is to die for and pairs nicely with the house wine. The service could be improved, though: it took a while to get served, although we were among the first to be seated in the room. And we had to ask for the condiments ourselves.

Food are very nice! Florence T bone is much better than other famous restaurants nearby. However, the AC in restaurant is not working well. Soooo hot while eating.

I was served an over-cooked Florentine steak (supposed to be Rare Only). We asked the waiter about it. He confirmed, yes, this looks like medium, and is not good, but refused to do anything further. Most of it was completely dry and nearly inedible. The other steaks were fine. Very disappointed a restaurant like this won't take responsibility for their mistakes.

As far as authentic Tuscan cuisine goes, this is it. The T-bone Florentine steak… nearly brought tears to my eyes - the fat, the meat especially near the bone .. it was incredible and (I’m sorry) beyond any wagyu I’ve had in Japan. Served with fresh grilled vegetables and perfectly cooked potatoes MOLTO BENE. If you care , they also serve their own brand wine and olive oil - both great and our appetizer was Pappa al Pomodoro (or bread soup) which was the best one we had in Florence.
