This was the best meal we've eaten in Tuscany to date! The service was attentive but not invasive, the food outstanding and beautifully presented. Inhaled La Scarpetta pea puree appetizer with shrimp and bread crumbs, followed by their specialty Maltagliato pasta with pigeon. The most delicious and amazing pasta you will ever eat. My fellow dining companions all enjoyed their dinners as much as I did. You need to try these foods yourself, as words and pictures do not do the food justice. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable and contemporary. Loved the wine we ordered. I wouldn't change a thing.
