Our visit to Arnolfo was nothing short of a truly amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was flawless. We actually arrived nearly 30 minutes before opening, and Chef Gaetano Trovato kindly welcomed us in. The staff then offered to show us their stunning wine cellar. Every single staff member provided 5-star service throughout the entire afternoon: attentive, warm, and highly professional. The restaurant itself is a masterpiece, boasting beautiful architectural design from the exterior to the interior, perfectly complemented by a breathtaking, stunning view. While the atmosphere and service were impeccable, the food completely blew us away. Everyone in our party absolutely loved it. It wasn't just the main courses that shined; from the very first bite of the creative amuse-bouche and incredible house bread, all the way to the exquisite petit fours at the end, every single dish was a triumph. A massive thank you to Chef Gaetano Trovato for allowing us to experience and appreciate the true beauty and elevation of Italian cuisine, and for giving our family a truly unforgettable afternoon. This has easily become one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

A wonderful birthday surprise from my boyfriend! ❤️ We drove 1 hour and 40 minutes from Florence just to come here. The restaurant has an elegant atmosphere, and the architecture and interior design are full of thoughtful details. The food was beautifully presented and delicious (we chose the Carne tasting menu), and the chef was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only small thing that disappointed me was that, despite it being my birthday, there wasn’t even a complimentary candle or a tiny birthday dessert with a candle on it. Sometimes it’s the little gestures that create the special feeling of a celebration. ✨ Overall, it was still a lovely experience and a memorable birthday.
Excellent restaurant, really top notch on service, environment, and food. Not over priced (250 euro per person without drinks). You will get what you are looking for here, really recommend all the vegetable dishes, a notch higher than meat and then the seafood dishes. Seafood needs some more work but maybe because of my Chinese background. Slight mishaps is the dining time for the restaurant, not super friendly for elder person, takes very long to deliver. We started around 7:30, and had the concerns of how late it gets addressed to the staff, but the kitchen doesn’t operate on a per dish basis, they mainly sends similar dishes to everyone to increase efficiency. I understand the idea behind it, but would like the restaurant to improve on that, and if the food is truly out of this world, i wouldn’t mind waiting that long neither.
