The restaurant is in a good location near Knight Square, down a small side street, but there’s a sign on the main road — be careful following directions, Google points to the street one block further. :) A great fusion of Tuscan and South African cuisines, with pleasant, clean flavors. Tasty, fresh food. As for the drinks selection — it was rather limited, despite Tuscany being just around the corner; more emphasis was placed on other European countries. The wine-by-the-glass options ( as I was solo) were similarly on the cheaper side, although using Coravin would be expected in a restaurant like this. Aperitif cocktails were not availabele, and while I was waiting for a glass of my Francchiacorta the manager checked availability three times because they made the didnt really now whats in stock... BUT none of that overshadowed my enjoyment of high-quality food in a beautiful place. I definitely recommend going to try the food. Prices are midium pluss, but def worth it. Must try!

It is pricey and unfortunately the food does not deserve it. They did not have the half of the options on the menu for the meat. Tiramisu was below average. The waitresses were quite nice and helpful though.
Got a bit lost and found this gem on a lit corner street. I was here alone on a slow sunday night, i put myself in a little private corner. Found out the building blocks out any phone signal. Which honestly in hindsight was good. I had the octopus starter, it was a beautiful flavour combo. Continued by the boar pasta, which just had the perfect al dente pasta and a beautiful savory taste. I dont know any Italian, but i really vibed with the music in this place. The only thing was to set a finger on, is that the sauces were a bit too overpowering and the bread felt stale. I was too filled for dessert unfortunately. But i can look away from that, the service was so nice and even on a slow day i didnt feel like the staff was too much all over me. I paid 2 meals and 2 glasses of wine and sparkling water with a bit of tip 60 euro. Cannot complain at all. Thank you for a great night.
Food was amazing and very creative. Nice to get something different after traveling in Italy for a bit. Service was very slow though. I think they were a little understaffed
We had a wonderful evening at Tumi Osteria! We were served by very attentive and cheerful waitresses, who spoke english very well! We visited in september and we were seated inside in a very cosy dining room. The food was phenomenal, one of the best we had on our trip through toscana. They managed to balance the fusion kitchen very well and the dishes were finely balanced. As far as the grilled meats goes, it was just how it‘s supposed to be! Can definitely recommend 5/5!
I was surprised by how good this restaurant because I was generally disappointed by the food in Pisa. Very friendly staff.
