Torre Alta was, without a doubt, the best restaurant of our entire vacation in Italy. We ate at many wonderful places in Rome, Venice, and Palermo, but honestly, no one even came close.
From the incredible quality of the food to the beautiful atmosphere and outstanding service, everything was absolutely perfect. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and made with true passion.
Torre Alta gave us more than just a great meal it gave us one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. This restaurant is truly special, and we cannot recommend it enough. If you are in the area, do not miss it!
Simply the best. Five stars are not enough!

Everything was perfect. The service was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The pizza was among the best I have ever had in my life, and the atmosphere and interior design were absolutely charming. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back:)

We dropped into Torre Alta for a casual meal and left feeling like family. Total surprise — the owner and staff know our cousins! From that moment on, the warmth and hospitality were next level. The restaurant used to be an old water well station that supplied water to 5 cities. We even got a quick peak at the tunnel.
Outstanding food, a long wine list, pasta fresca and fresh seafood like swordfish to choose from— all local, all delicious.
It’s the people who made it unforgettable. Friendly, generous, and genuinely happy to share their love of Sicily. We even left with olive oil from the owners own farm!
If you’re near Capaci, Torre Alta is a must. Come for the food, stay for the heart.

The owners were lovely and the service was excellent. They make pasta to order if you ask, as long as they have the ingredients on hand, and it was amazing!!
