Rimessa Dragotto offers Sicilian Mediterranean cuisine that evokes the flavors of the countryside and olive oil, with a contemporary approach yet rooted in local tradition. Dishes showcase local ingredients and meticulous preparation, with a focus on daily specials and authentic island flavors. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, perfect for both lunch and dinner in the city center. The space combines a relaxed atmosphere with a touch of elegance, a formula that also works well for a relaxed aperitivo. Among the most recognizable specialties are focaccia, pane cunzato, and small dishes inspired by Sicilian cuisine, along with a selection of wines and cocktails that complete the experience. The restaurant's identity lies in the interplay of local products, Mediterranean flavors, and service designed for a simple yet refined experience.

The restaurant is really great: it’s fancy, the food is delicious (we got pasta, duck, tuna and cheeses, all were tasty), the service is quick and friendly

It's a small restaurant. But the food is top notch just like their Dragotto olive oil. Highly recommend if you are in Palermo city center or nearby. We had the amberjack and beef fillet both were amazing.

Very nice restaurant in the center of Palermo, off the classic tourist path. Food is really delicious. The wine list needs an upgrade and a focus on the diversity of sicilian wines. They serve their own olive oil, which is outstanding.
