Segue uma versão natural em inglês para o Google/Tripadvisor: We had another fantastic dinner at Osteria Piga! This was our third time here, and each visit has been even better than the last. The fresh pasta is absolutely outstanding—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The roasted meat was exceptional: tender, juicy, and one of the best we’ve had in Italy. What truly makes this place special is the wonderful service. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel at home. It’s rare to find a restaurant that consistently exceeds expectations, but Osteria Piga does exactly that. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Ordered rib-eye after the waiter specifically told us it was a "small" steak which is exactly why we chose it. We also asked for everything to come out at the same time as we also ordered past, but the steak arrived roughly 30 minutes after the rest of the food, so we ended up eating our pasta and starter alone at the table. When the steak finally came, it turned out to be an entrecôte (about 30% pricier per 100g than rib-eye) weighing a massive 900g. Nothing like what we'd ordered or been told. We only found out after finishing the meal, so there was no fixing it at that point. When we tried to explain this at the till, the same waiter who'd spoken fluent English all evening suddenly couldn't understand a word of English. Convenient timing. Food was decent, but ignoring a timing request, silently swapping the cut, tripling the portion size, and charging extra for it with zero heads-up isn't an honest way to run a restaurant. Check your bill carefully before paying. Update: The owner claims we finished the entire steak that's not correct. We flagged the discrepancy in weight and cut as soon as we noticed it. The misunderstanding wasn't just about weight; we were served and charged for a completely different, more expensive cut than the one we ordered. Worth noting, the owner hasn't disputed any of the other points raised in this review. Also worth noting: when we asked for a recommendation and mentioned we'd be sharing, the waiter clearly said the steak was "small." At payment, he suddenly claimed he'd made it large because we were two people an explanation that contradicts what he told us when ordering, and doesn't change that we were charged for a pricier cut than we asked for. I find it telling that the owner chose to misrepresent this in a public response.

Portion sizes were unequal between dishes and small overall. We received a defensive response from the waiter when we asked for clarification regarding the portion sizes. Only had three pieces of goose in my dish I ordered.

Omg. The Orecchiette was just amazing. The meat was just melting. I ordered Orecchiette con sugo di brasciola.

Sought this restaurant out after being a little over seafood and pizza and it did not disappoint! Ribeye was amazing, homemade local fries amazing and chicory was delicious! 100% recommend - I don’t think the reviews or rating do this place justice.

Great stop in Polignano a Mare! Highly recommend the beef brasciola, bruschetta, and charcuterie plate.
