Madame Bracco

Madame Bracco is a small place in Matera that combines an Italian and Southern Italian food identity with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The setting feels informal and intimate, with the kind of hospitality that makes the experience feel personal and familiar.

The menu is remembered for its homemade granita, made with real ingredients, as well as simple, well-executed local flavors. It stands out for its authentic character, its direct connection to the local area, and a style that feels rooted in Matera rather than tourist-driven.
