An absolute gem in Mestre! The concept of combining authentic Italian ingredients with high-quality sushi is incredibly creative, and every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The fish was exceptionally fresh, the combinations were unique without being overwhelming, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome, while the atmosphere was modern, elegant, and relaxed. If you’re visiting Venice or staying in Mestre, ITARIA extraordinary sushi is absolutely worth the trip. Easily one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve had in Italy. Highly recommend

While the restaurant itself has a beautiful interior and the food presentation was lovely, the overall experience was unfortunately a letdown. The ordering process was difficult, relying on a poor-quality mobile menu with improper English translations. Our waiter was not very attentive and didn't seem to listen to our requests. Most importantly, the Udon was disappointing, as it was completely overpowered by a teriyaki-style sauce that masked all other flavours. It's a shame that the taste and service didn't match the appealing ambiance.

We are sorry to read such comments, which do not in any way reflect our standards in terms of food or service. Our waiter, who also has international experience, clearly explained to you (in English) that on busy days poke bowls are not served in the dining room but are only available for takeout and delivery. This is also stated very clearly on the English menu. We regret that this was not to your liking.
I would also like to clarify that we do not offer Thai cuisine. The dishes you ordered were Udon, a traditional Japanese dish, which is also prepared with teriyaki sauce, usually very well appreciated by our guests.

Nice decor, but mediocre service and food. Waiter struggled with English and didn't listen to answers. QR code menu was basic and unhelpful. Average food. Not recommended for non-native speakers.
