Dinning at this restaurant was an absolutely lovely evening. The service was great, we felt so cared for and looked after (I think a total of 3 different people had been by our table on separate occasions) giving a very homey feel! One of our servers (I believe her name was Rebecca) was a joy to speak with. She told us about life in Venice as a local and it made the night so special for us! The food and wine were delicious and innovative, I wish I took more pictures but we were so hungry I totally forgot! The gnocchi was very good, and butter that came with our bread was the best butter creation I’ve ever had, it had a lovely fresh citrus flavour that we will dream about having again! When we were too full for a proper dessert someone suggested to us an alcoholic sorbet creation instead and it was SO GOOD. At the end of the evening I asked Rebecca about the Jonny depp signature I’d heard about online and she was so kind as to even offer taking us over to it. A wonderful restaurant!

Our dinner at Rosa Rossa was the best meal so far on this trip. Owned by a true Venetian family, Rebecca who’s the daughter, told us the family story about her Papa and Mamma, how they met and fell in love. Their restaurant started as a cafe and then they purchased the space. Papa knocked out the wood wall to remodel and discovered behind the wood was the original brick. So they tore out all the wood and restored the restaurant back to its natural look. The food was incredible! Everyone in our family agreed it was the best meal we’ve had so far in Rome & Venice.
We had my favorite meal of our trip to Italy at this restaurant. Everything was incredible, fresh, and full of flavors. The most memorable for me was a dessert with whipped ricotta and sea asparagus- it sounds like a strange combination, but trust me, order it!

I think it was very very good especially anything related with fish stuff such as the spaghetti was really really good. However the pizza was a bit worse than what I expected since I rather have Napoleon style of pizza rather than Rome but it was still good. It is definitely place to come and eat. Lastly especially order their spaghetti
