You are right that our tablet ordering should make things easier, not feel impersonal or like extra work; your feedback pushes me to review how our staff support guests through it, especially larger groups. I am particularly sorry about the payment problems with your two families and the 30–40 minute wait with so little communication: I will look into our payment system immediately and speak with the team about keeping guests informed and stepping in promptly when something goes wrong — a complimentary drink offered in time is the very least we should have done.
