I was SUPER excited when I found out that there was a coffee shop mixed with a yarn store and tables to knit and make community. When I got there, I was ordering and the lady said to me that I couldn’t sit and knit at the tables because I was bringing a project from outside the store. OF COURSE I’m bringing a project from outside, since Im a tourist.
Knitting and crocheting is all about inclusivity and community and I just had the exact opposite experience.

The cafe itself could have been such a cool place but the rude, unkind and disrespectful staff really ruins the whole experience. If you want someone to talk to you without respect you should definitely visit this cafe.
