Haiku Restaurant

Haiku is a Japanese and Asian fusion restaurant with a calm, well-kept atmosphere, suited to a relaxed meal in Bologna. The setting feels informal yet refined, with an attentive pace that fits both lunch and dinner.

The kitchen is centered on sushi and other East Asian dishes, with rolls, carpaccio, dumplings and noodle-based plates among the most appreciated specialties. The menu is varied and combines delicate flavors with dishes that stand out for their balance and presentation.

What makes Haiku distinctive is the combination of careful execution, a polished room and a broad selection of Asian dishes served in a consistently composed environment.
