We are sorry that both the service and the dishes fell short of the standards you remembered. In particular, the burger’s presentation and quality, the portion of fries, and the way your son’s order was understood and charged should have been handled and explained with much greater care. Regardless of how the items are listed on the menu, every guest should clearly understand what they are ordering and feel that the price is matched by the experience received. We also take seriously your comments about the tartare and the overall value of the meal. Being described as a “tourist trap” is far from what we want Garibaldi to represent, and your review gives us several specific points to discuss with both the kitchen and dining-room teams. We are genuinely sorry that a place you once appreciated left you with such a different impression this time.
