During a trip to Italia with my mother, I happened to spend one day by myself in Frascati. It was early Easter (Pasqua) morning, and luckily I found this lovely place!!
ordered Tris Montanare, Bulldog beer and a glass of grappa.
the food , the atmosphere, the staff (although I'm not a good Italian speaker), everthing was perfect!!

Very bad experience. Pay attention to the bill, as they are charging for items that were not ordered. Tonight, the bill of our table included a pizza and 2 other spritz which were not ordered at our table (table 205). When I told this to the lady at the cashier, Barbara, she was very rude, insisting that the order was correct. The attitude of this employee was unprofessional, blaming the customer for an order which was totally inaccurate. Even when the waiter acknowledged that might have been an error from his side , she still refused to accept the facts and was claiming her version, becoming even angry. We were a group of several people, each of us with a specific order and a separate individual bill, but the lady still insisted that we were not telling the truth. On our table ( 205),
was also the number of the table 206, which means that most probably the pizza and the 2 spritz were maybe belonging to table 206, the order was unpaid by previous customers and then it was charged to our table 205. Overall, tonight, the customer service has been extremely poor and the attitude of this particular employee is unacceptable.If you can, avoid this place.

Ciao, ci dispiace davvero per l’inconveniente durante la vostra serata. La vostra tavolata era composta da sei persone e, per esigenze di spazio, abbiamo unito più tavoli, ciascuno con un numero specifico, ecco perché avete visto numeri diversi. Mentre le persone si alzavano e pagavano individualmente ciò che avevano ordinato, è possibile che alcuni addebiti siano rimasti sul tavolo sbagliato o comunque non pagati da quelli che si sono alzati. Alcuni di questi sono stati corretti dal cameriere e stornati dal conto quando avete fatto presente che non appartenevano al vostro tavolo. Ci scusiamo se questo ha causato confusione e disagio: il nostro obiettivo è sempre offrire un servizio chiaro e attento.

It’s very nice caffè shop + Restaurant and pizza and fantastic pastry Italian style ! Very nice cocktail and vine different choice and good price ! i’m customer in Fondi every time i’m flight from Boston 3 time a year ! In Grottaferrata also it’s very beautiful place ! i’m recomend this every friends and family members !

Excellent service. Great tasting food. Wonderful drinks. Happy and pleasant atmosphere. The staff treated us with warmth and gave us excellent service. We had no reservation and they did their best to accommodate the 4 of us even though we were not local or regulars. Wish we had more days to go there again.
