This was easily the best meal we had in Pisa and one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The menu was a bit difficult to understand at first since it wasn’t a traditional Italian menu, but that ended up being part of what made the experience so special. The owner came over to our table, and after I explained in English what we were looking for, he completely understood. He smiled and asked, “Do you trust me?” We said yes, and he took us on a wonderful culinary journey with perfectly chosen dishes and exceptional wine pairings. Every course was thoughtfully selected, and the wine pairings elevated the meal even further. It was exciting to try creative dishes that weren’t the typical Italian fare while still feeling authentic and incredibly well executed. Each course was unique, delicious, and a pleasant surprise. Our other waiter was also outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to explain the dishes and answer our questions. Thanks to both of them, what could have been a confusing menu became one of the most enjoyable and memorable dining experiences of our trip. Overall, this was an exceptional meal with outstanding hospitality, creative cuisine, and excellent wine pairings. In fact, we enjoyed this experience even more than a one-Michelin-star restaurant we eat at in the near by country side. That’s not meant as a criticism of the other restaurant—it simply speaks to how special this meal, the service, and the overall experience were. If you’re looking for something beyond the standard Italian restaurant while still enjoying incredible food, this is the place. Without question, it was the best restaurant we visited in Pisa, and one we would enthusiastically recommend to anyone.

Surreal and the sublime, that's all I can say abou this place. Situated a few doors down from an osteria that plasters Michelin stickers like confetti, this place looks understated on first appearance. We were hear with money to burn, having done cheap stuff for that past 5 days and Manfredo helped us spend our money wisely. We were greeted courtesly and attempted our semblance of Italian, and we're shown to the garden. The ambiance was tranquility, tempered by the fact that a very talented upstairs neighbour was practicing her (what I assume to be) Wagner's Ring cycle arias with an open window. Whilst being serenaded we chose the terrines to start and the daily roast, plus the whole pigeon. All courses were excellent, full flavoured and perfectly seasoned. The wine was excellent, and even though it was a "blowout" meal, I only spent €70 on the Palazette (brunello). Every dish was created with care and deliver with love by their team, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a place to spend a little or a lot. I could have spent ~€90-110 on everything and still had the best night of food of my holiday. 5/5 will come back to Pisa to sample what these guys do again.
An absolutely wonderful experience! The restaurant offers a modern and very creative interpretation of Italian cuisine – every dish was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is stylish, cozy, and welcoming, while the staff is exceptionally kind, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations. You can truly feel the attention to detail, quality ingredients, and genuine care for the guests. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves great Italian food!
We found the staff were very good to give us recommendations and we really enjoyed trying all the different terrines. We would definitely the 4 terrrines between two people to try as a starter. The setting is very nice.
The waiters were nice, the service was good and the restaurant is beautiful, but the food was nothing short of disgusting. Even a simple green salad, which supposedly doesn’t require much, was seasoned with no balance at all. Combinations that try to be sophisticated but in reality felt like a culinary disaster – definitely not recommended.
Nice atmosphere and the food was great. The service was excellent and very much appreciated :)
