Very disappointing experience.
The service was extremely poor: we had to wait a long time and some of our orders were simply forgotten. The food was acceptable, nothing special, but it does not make up for the bad service.
To make matters worse, we were charged a €2 administrative fee, which might be understandable if the service had been even minimally competent — which it was not. On top of that, we were charged for items we did not consume, which I find unacceptable.
Overall, an experience that did not meet expectations and one I will not repeat.

If there's something that I hate about restaurant are fake "happy hours" having this everywhere when in fact it have many restrictions and they make look like is everyday - this is not nice.
