Watami Sushi Restaurant offers a Japanese and Chinese style of cuisine, with sushi at the center of the menu and a broader Asian selection that also includes seafood. The setting is informal and pleasant, suited to a relaxed meal in central Varese.
The strongest points are the quality of the fish, the care in the sashimi cut and the overall balance of the dishes, with portions described as well judged. The restaurant stands out for its sushi-focused identity and for a location that makes it a practical choice for eating with friends.
