We came back because we remembered how great the food was and, above all, how thoughtful the service had been. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were bothering them. When I asked about the change, they confirmed that the restaurant is under new ownership. Sadly, the warm hospitality that made us return is gone.

Fantastic business lunch at the Caprizza sitting outside in the dappled sunshine of the picturesque Via Griffi.
We got the €11 "MENU PIZZA" (available for lunch Monday-Friday), which includes a 🍕 (choose between Marinara, Margherita, Diavola, Margherita with Eggplant, or Pizza Bianca with Prosciutto Cotto), water, coffee, dessert/fruit, and the 'coperto' service charge.
It was DELICIOUS!
My husband and I shared half a Diavola and half a Margherita with Cotto - both pizzas were true Napoli-style with generous toppings. The Diavola was super tasty! 😋
Service was great: they kindly allowed us to order a Margherita with Cotto instead of the Bianca with Cotto..
The included dessert was puff pastry with pistachio cream, while the included fruit was a fresh 'macedonia' mixed fruit salad.
The coffee was also very nice! ☕
Also, the toilet was spotless - which is always a good sign 👍🏻🚽✨
The only negative was the pigeons outside the restaurant, as they were happily feeding off the bread baskets! 🥖🐦 The restaurant has a small podium shelf in the middle of the outside tables where they store the menus and condiments. However they had also left a couple of bread baskets ready to be served to customers on the top shelf, and these baskets were only covered with a paper napkin. So the pigeons were just landing on the bread baskets and feeding from them, which was very unhygienic 🥺

Nice pizzeria in the center with a relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There was one of the staff there who could speak Spanish!
We had a capricciosa and a sausage and potatoes pizza—both good and satisfying. At the end, we were offered limoncello and meloncello shots, which was a nice touch (the meloncello was really good).
Didn’t try dessert as we were already full, but overall a pleasant experience.

I been ,because i thought was an authentich Napolitana real pizza, but it is made by Egyptian guys. In addiction ,they have only tap water,unbelievably they don't don't have bottled water.
For that price you can find authentic Napoli pizza maker and bottled water.
