I was really hopeful for this place, since good Chinese food is hard to find in Genoa and Italy in general (I’m originally from Hong Kong). The restaurant has a great name and lovely atmosphere - even playing the latest cantopop - but for how much effort they put into the decor, I was shocked how poor quality and inauthentic the food was - especially because it advertises itself as authentic 🤦🏻‍♂️. Perhaps even more shocking is the amount of people who have given the food 5 stars. The rice was super oily and hard, seasoned nothing like lotus leaf rice, they mix up char siu (bbq pork) with lap chueng sausages, noodles plainly fried with soy sauce, Hong Kong milk tea was just a cold milk drink with barely any tea taste, and the lemon tea added all these strange aromas. The cucumber side dish which came as a mistake tasted fine …. … but it’s not Cantonese! Simply, do not go if you expect actual Cantonese food. Not even close. Ok if you expect standard Italian-Chinese food. You pay for the decor and location. The whole food and beverage completely misses the mark. I hope they find a proper head chef that knows Cantonese food because this place had promise.

The service and food was phenomenal! The business is family-ran and the three siblings that served us were excellent and very kind. Took time to explain the items and make recommendations. Great choice in Genoa!

Calm atmosphere. Chinese food could be a bit more authentic and the chicken was served without rice and you had to ask for the rice while the chicken got cold. Staff very friendly!!
