Pane e Vino is an Italian trattoria in the center of Verona, with a touch of Lombardy tradition. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, suitable for both a relaxed lunch and a refined yet informal dinner. The menu focuses on traditional dishes, with a special focus on homemade pasta, flavorful first courses, and tastefully executed classic dishes. Among the most appreciated aspects are the attention to presentation, the solidity of the cuisine, and the clearly defined gastronomic identity, rooted in recognizable Italian recipes. The restaurant stands out for its balance of traditional cuisine and a convivial atmosphere, maintaining an authentic profile consistent with the urban trattoria format. It is a pleasant choice for those seeking well-presented Italian flavors in a central and easily accessible setting.
Thank you for your kind words! We're glad the food and wine came through, and it's great to hear the service felt just right — attentive without the fuss. We'd love to have you back.

Thank you, Darr — this really means a lot to us. There are dishes that stay with you long after the last bite, and knowing this was one of them is the best thing we could hear. We hope to see you back soon.

The risotto was one of the best things my family has ever tried. Everything we ate was so fresh and flavorful.
Thank you, Lauren — hearing that the risotto was one of the best things your family has ever tried genuinely makes our day. Freshness and flavor are at the heart of everything we put on the table, so it's wonderful to know that came through. We hope to welcome your family back soon.

I’ve been to Pane e Vino twice, once for dinner with a group of friends and once for a solo lunch, and both experiences were excellent.
The restaurant has a charming traditional atmosphere while being very polished, offering classic dishes with a thoughtful modern touch while remaining true to local cuisine. We tried the gnocchi, tortelli, and tartare, all of which were perfectly cooked, well balanced, and beautifully presented.
The service was outstanding, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who provided excellent wine pairing recommendations.
Thank you so much, Pietro — it means a lot to hear that both visits, dinner and lunch, left you with such a positive impression.
We're glad the gnocchi, tortelli, and tartare hit the mark, and that our team was able to guide you through the wine pairings. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Absolutely phenomenal!
Hands down the best meal we have had in 9 days in Italy so far, which is saying a lot because we’ve still eaten very well. (Milan, Cinque Terre and Florence)
Went here on a last minute curveball because we wanted something that wasn’t in the heart of the tourist area and gave us a better feel for traditional Veronese food and SO GLAD we were able to get a reservation.
We did their tasting menu and it was one of the best we’ve ever had. Sincerely. And we’ve done a bunch.
Every course was executed flawlessly and the staff that took care of us and presented each dish did so with the utmost professionalism.
The Pumpkin bread sandwich and potato gnocchi dishes were out of this world good!
Thanks chef and team! Wish we were staying another day so we could come back for lunch !!!

Thank you so much, Andy, this genuinely made our day. Knowing that Pane e Vino was the highlight of your Italian trip — after Milan, Cinque Terre and Florence — is one of the nicest things a guest has ever said to us. We're so glad the tasting menu hit the mark, and that you found us even on a last-minute call. The pumpkin bread sandwich and the gnocchi say thank you too. 😄 We hope Verona brings you back one day — lunch is waiting.
