Near to our Airbnb in Bologna and recommended by the host. Left going until the end of our visit. Mistake! Best meal, service and experience of the trip! Fabulous.
We got a reservation for 1900 on a Thursday (right when they open, turns out), no trouble getting seated. Friendly and helpful staff. We got the ragu, tortellini in brodo, and the beef cheek, all of which were delicious. Also ordered fennel salad and the chicory, which were simple but tasty sides. Would recommend, overall a very nice experience.
Booked a reservation for dinner here our first night in Bologna. We sat outside just as the sun was going down - a perfect atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food and service was excellent. We especially loved the tortellini in brodo and the beef cheeks with a side of chicories. The bitter chicory was a perfect complement to the beef! Together with the house wine, what more could you want? A real delight for a great value.
A little underwhelming. Limited wine list. Staff were rushed.
