Best experience we ever have in Venice! The food is so good and the service is very attentive! We will come back!!!

We had spotted a half-filled restaurant and stopped to enquire for a table for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens. The waiter blatantly told us that the restaurant was full even though there were about 8 unoccupied tables in plain sight with no signs of reservations. This was on a Tuesday afternoon in what was not yet the peak season. He turned us away and suggested we go to another restaurant. We looked at their fully Caucasian clientele and could only deduce that the restaurant had certain criteria for their customers. This was despite a sign saying they loved tourists. Despite a sign in Chinese saying that a menu in the Chinese language was available. Our children asked why we got turned away and we had to explain that we simply weren't welcomed. We chose instead dine at another restaurant that welcomed people of all nationalities and where the service was 💯 friendly, helpful, and some staff members fluently multi-lingual, and delighting international tourists with their talent. SHAME ON YOU TRATTORIA DA BRUNO. You don't deserve the love that travellers of all nationalities have for this lovely city.

I'm Italian, trust me. If you're a toursit, don't go there. There's even better and cheaper restaurant. This is not the real Italian food. Vine and Limoncello were very bad, literally like water. Pasta was without salt and didn't had a good fish taste. Don't recommend it.

This is a hidden gem in Venice! The food is great and the atmosphere is quiet and intimate. We were treated like family we had a great time. Thanks for a great home away from home.
