Sushi California

Sushi California is a Japanese and Chinese restaurant in Vicenza, set on Via Luca della Robbia, with a casual and well-kept setting suited to an informal meal. The venue is known for made-to-order sushi rather than a conveyor-belt format, which gives the cuisine a fresher and more direct character.

The menu centers on sushi and other Asian dishes, with particular attention to the freshness of the preparations and the balance of flavors. It stands out for a straightforward style, a comfortable atmosphere, and a reliable approach to Japanese-leaning dining in the city.
