If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, this is not the place. The food was disappointing and did not reflect the quality I expected while visiting Italy. The service was also not very friendly or welcoming, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience and definitely not the kind of meal I was hoping to have in Italy.

This use to be one of our favorite spots and to take guests while visiting. However the last few times we have been have been here it has been an overall let down. The quality of service has gone downhill, and we found the food bland and under seasoned. For example we were asked if we would like dessert and we said yes, it took 10 minutes to bring us the menus, and then after nearly 15 minutes of waiting to order we just got up and left.

Located right in downtown Vicenza, Ristorante Garzadori had a great atmosphere matched by their great food and drinks. We had a pretty large group and they were able to get all of our food out within 20 minutes of us ordering. The Caprese Salad was phenomenal and the steak was cooked to perfection.
