Best sushi I have had in Italy so far for the price. The all you can eat part is also a bonus!! The restaurant was nice and modern and so worth it for the food.
Beautiful place. Impressive. And the food is even better. Great sushi. Also, pay upfront and eat as much as you like is an option. Which for a place that looks this good was surprising. Selection is perfect, they've got everything covered, from classics to more unusual options like wagyu. Fantastic soy-salsa but they kept the recipe a secret 😉
Nice and clean place, but the biggest NO! for me was the reuse of the wooden chopsticks, and the very tiny amount of wasabi for 0.10€. The food is just average, friendly stuff (except the ones at the check in)

However, we kindly ask you not to jump to conclusions and unfairly accuse us before verifying the facts. Regarding the chopsticks: The chopsticks we use are not cheap, "disposable" wooden ones. They are made of premium materials and are sanitized at extremely high temperatures after every single use. The logic is exactly the same as traditional cutlery: in which restaurant are knives and forks thrown away after a meal? None. We apply the same principle and the exact same strict hygiene standards to our chopsticks, which is also a more eco-friendly choice. In any case, we always have wrapped disposable chopsticks available: you simply needed to ask our staff. The truth about the 0.10€ Wasabi: Your accusation is completely unfounded. Our ordering system allows a maximum of 7 dishes every 10 minutes. To prevent a simple portion of wasabi from taking up one of these 7 slots (which would limit your food order), we priced it at 0.10€. However, this amount is automatically reversed and deducted from the final bill, meaning it is entirely free. Furthermore, all of this is clearly explained in the item description on our digital menu. If you had read the info under the wasabi, you would have avoided this unfortunate misunderstanding. We are sorry that the food did not fully convince you and that the welcome at the entrance was not perfect (unlike the rest of the service), but we firmly defend our hygiene standards and our transparency. Food has to be ordered through a QR code on your table. We would have preferred menus and waiter service as the process was fiddly and there’s so many options on the menu it is not a fluid process. Food tasted good and the sashimi was fresh. The female waitress we interacted with on leaving was very nice and friendly. However some of the things our waiter who took away our plates did was a little strange. The man at front of house was not very friendly or warm on arrival or on leaving. It was like he didn’t care we had visited. We wouldn’t return here after this experience.
