Beautiful hotel with a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, and a very nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the hotel itself.
The biggest disappointment was the restaurant, especially breakfast. For a hotel at this price point, not having even a small buffet is disappointing. You have to choose either a sweet or savory breakfast in advance, and the portions are small. The menu doesn’t change, so you end up eating the same thing every day.
The restaurant in general was not great either. Service was very slow and the portions were too small for the high prices charged.

Although it looked great online, please be aware that the rooms aren't as described. In fact, I felt as if I was in a converted closet, strike 1. I know, I know, it's Italy, however frustrating and frankly disappointing. Upon arrival, the front desk team was very helpful. However, she quickly informed us that the kitchen wasn't open for dinner, strike 2. After a horrible dinner out, we returned, and the evening shift wasn't very helpful. Asked for an additional pillow, and it was like asking for $1k, seriously? I them asked if the in room television had an option for English and, again, only Italian. Unacceptable in 2025 when you have guests from around the world, strike 3. The pool is lovely, but don't expect more than the bare minimum in terms of service(s). Won't recommend or stay again. |However
