We had dinner with the skyline view of Verona city, the food were very enjoyable and the service was very attentive, after we finished Dessert we did not feel rushed to leave the place. Recommended place!
As others mentioned, the servis was bad. Its a pitty that place like this doesnt have paper menu but just qr qode in italian. You dont feel welcome there
We went here as a larger group. Everyone agreed that the food was not «wow», but good overall. The service was, however, lacking. We did not feel welcomed, and was forgotten about sometimes. They even forgot some drinks which some of us ordered. The table service was a bit slow, which could have been excused by good communication. They are also not able to split bills in any other way than evenly across the group.

Beautiful setting and good food, but the service was disappointing. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and the food was tasty. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, while the other dishes were good but unfortunately already lukewarm when served. The staff were friendly and polite, however the service was extremely slow. It felt like the restaurant was simply too busy and not able to handle the number of guests efficiently. We waited a long time for our food, and by the time it arrived some dishes had clearly been sitting for a while. Overall, a lovely place with good food and a great ambiance, but the service and organization need improvement, especially during busy periods.
