Riva Gelateria

Riva Gelateria is a gelateria in Varenna focused on classic Italian gelato, with flavours prepared with fresh ingredients and a clear emphasis on artisanal quality. The selection is known for well-loved choices such as pistachio, tiramisù and fior di latte.

The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, suited to a relaxed stop by the lake. Portions are described as generous, and the presentation is simple but neat, with the signature wafer cone adding a recognisable touch.

What stands out most is the combination of creamy gelato, a broad flavour range and a straightforward, reliable style that makes it a familiar address for a sweet pause in Varenna.
