We visited the restaurant. And it was very tasty. And the hospitality was 10/10. The food as well. And the view was breathtaking. We will be going back

The food and service were both excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but we saw on Google that their transfer taxi was free. When we called to book it, the staff didn't mention any costs. However, when we received our final bill, we were surprised to see a charge of €10 per person for the transfer. I found this unfair, since they don't communicate the price upfront, you are essentially forced into paying an undisclosed fee.

This is the best dining experience we’ve had in the Varenna area! The egg with truffle was amazing. Risotto was perfect. Wine recommendations for the courses were outstanding. Even our 9-year old said the kids pasta was excellent. They arranged transportation to and from Varenna via WhatsApp. The setting above varenna was really special. Highly recommend a short trip out of Varenna for an excellent dinner!
