Altough is in a quite remote place the food and service definetly worth going there. Reservation is advised.

We happened to be staying at a Hotel not too far away and after checking the menus and prices of about two dozen restaurants we decided on Le Volpi. We were lucky enough to get a table for about an hour without reservation on Saturday evening. . The staff were amazing. They really made us feel welcome and worked to find a free table inside. The food was very good. We had spaghetti vongole and seafood ravioli with pistacchio. We were sorry there was no time for antipasto or desert, because the table was reserved after us. There was a line of people waiting to get in when we left. We recommend this restaurant!

Vote 8/10 Really good pizza, especially the dough. This is a well-known place across all bologna and it's been my favorite pizza place since I live in bologna. Their speciality is the "stretched" ("tirata") pizza, which make the pizza crunchy, combined that with the great quality and flavor of the pizza make up for great pizza 🙂. If you go here I suggest you to select a pizza with the standard dough but in stretched version, imo is the best combination. The only downside of this place is the price, in my opinion slightly pricy. Staff is great and super kind! Make sure to get a reservation as it's usually really busy :).

We arrived at 22:30 and yet they cooked for us. The people welcomed us really nice. Amazing atmosphere with great service and food. Recommend you to order a pizza.

Absolutely excellent pizzas, very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and at very good prices too... And funny enough: my last name (Vos - it's Dutch) translates as Fox in English - and Volpe in Italian.... Sheer coincidence, but I really liked that too 😃👍🦊🦊 Edit: We just were here a second time - and yes: it is still great.... 😎👍🇮🇹
