The food was AMAZING! I came here with my family and we ordered a lot of food, the highlight was Chicken Tandoori and the Butter Chicken. Perfectly cooked & served.
Taj Mahal is centrally located just a short walk for the centre of town. No reservation was required on a Wednesday evening. The host was very welcoming and provided guidance as to various menu items. The atmosphere was inviting and charming. Food was good and not spicy. Quantities were adequate. I would recommend.
My husband and I are just reminiscing on when we used to live in Chiavari 4 years ago and just how good the food was here, we ordered from here nearly every week. We have yet to find an Indian restaurant that lives up to this one and miss the food a lot! Especially the chickpea curry and the butter chicken. Lovely food and very lovely staff/owner ☺️
This is not an authentic Indian restaurant, service is decent- but horrible under cooked food , no salt on some food, under cooked bread, old spoiled dishes. The owner argued with us when we brought to her attention the food was spoiled. I would stay away from this place, almost every dish had an issue and we ate there as a large group of 10
