The best pizza in Rapallo (Napoli style) and very friendly service! Very much recommended to escape the crowds and tourists.

After long driving trip we arrived to Rapallo. Went to this place and tried to use bathroom and buy something to drink. They shouted to us and told us to leave restaurant immediately. I cant understand their behavior towards paying customers. Dont go this place
Dear Guest, If walking into a closed restaurant without saying a word, using the bathroom, and then offering to order “if we really insist” makes you a paying customer… …then walking into a bank must make you a millionaire. Let’s be clear: The restaurant was closed. The door was open — for staff. You entered unannounced, used our facilities without asking, and only after being addressed, you offered to order “something.” That’s not hospitality. That’s entitlement. No one “shouted” at you. No one said “Get out.” What we said was: respect comes first — everywhere. Including here. You rated our food without tasting it. You insulted our service without being our customer. Which tells us everything we need to know. We wish you better manners, better facts, and — hopefully — better travel experiences in the future. Bella Napoli – Where the door may be open, but respect is not optional.
