Ristorante Birrificio 1816

Birrificio 1816 is a brew pub in Livigno that focuses on its own beer and a food offer designed to pair with it, with a clear emphasis on beer-based dishes and meat preparations. The setting is informal and distinctive, with a mountain-brewery character that makes the place feel lively and recognizable.

The menu is especially appreciated for the house beer, served alongside dishes such as meat plates and recipes enriched with beer, including roast chicken cooked in beer. The atmosphere works well for relaxed meals and time with friends, combining a rustic identity with a strong connection to local brewing.
