I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant.
I made a reservation by phone and was only offered one available time — 9:00 PM — which I accepted. I arrived early at 8:50 PM, expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, I was met with confusion and unprofessional behavior.
The staff repeatedly questioned me: “Did you call us?”, “Who did you speak to?”, and seemed completely unaware of my reservation. It felt disorganized and uncomfortable, as if the responsibility was somehow shifted onto me.
This is not the level of service you expect from a restaurant in a resort setting. A confirmed reservation should be handled properly, without making the guest feel unwelcome or doubtful.
Overall, poor communication, lack of coordination, and an unpleasant first impression.
Would not recommend.
