Probably one of the most exciting little culinary gems in Monza Brianza and possibly all of Lombardy that have had the pleasure to experience in the 3 years I have lived here and I have tried a lot of both traditional and fine dining and Michelin gourmet restaurants. A young chef with solid background training and experience which allows him to really create and display his passion on the dish in a very functional and effective way with a dose of creativeness and daring that is not very common on the Italian dining scene.... Luckily it's just ten minutes from my home so will have the opportunity to try everything... Today's exquisite flavours were a crisp and juicy grilled octopus served on top of a green gazpacho emulsion delicately adorned with marine asparagus spears and miniature boiled potato cubes all perfectly balanced in flavour and consistency. For seconds pieces of juicy rare striploin deliciously spiced and seared to an exterior crisp perfection , served with a cherry chutney jus and I believe some of its own gravy and some al dente peas. Finally the pièce de résistance are his desserts... A must try the trendy shell f files with a white chocolate mousse served in a lychee cappuccino....
