Polli alla Brace Girarrosto - Puglisi Fabio e Antonella

Polli alla brace is a casual grill and rotisserie focused on chicken cooked over embers, with a straightforward kitchen built around familiar, well-executed preparations.

The atmosphere is informal and practical, with the feel of a neighborhood place centered on take-away and simple dining. The most characteristic specialties are the roast chicken and other charcoal-grilled preparations, appreciated for their direct, recognizable flavor.

What stands out most is the clear identity of the place: a concise offer, an emphasis on grilled chicken, and a style that is easy to read and consistent with a traditional rotisserie setting.
