Overall, a standard Italian sit down restaurant experience, meaning you are charged €2~3 coperto or chair fee (cover charge). Take note of this, if you are not familiar with this practice.
We ordered a pizza and asked for “light done, not crispy, absolutely no burnt black parts.” Pizza came and had a number of black burnt parts. See pic. We complained and were told that pizza crusts are not baked on site, only heated. That does not seem to me as the correct way to make a pizza. Should be about 90s in a wood fired oven. That’s it. No multi-step, multi- location baking process.
Too many filthy pigeons nosing around.
Anyway, we had to remove a couple stars because of all these issues.
