We had the BEST meal in the Best place but our overall experience was so much better due to Alba’s kind, friendly, and excellent service. All of the other wait staff was great too. Highly recommend this spot for dinner in Venice. Excellent seafood!!

Meh. Unfortunately continues a trend of lackluster cuisine in Venice. So much better are my memories from 25 years ago. I think the rest of the world has caught up, versus Venice falling down. I had the pasta with mixed seafood and my daughter had the lasagna Bolognese and they were both unremarkable. Same for my to glass of wine and my daughter's chocolate cake. Service was spotty and not necessarily warm. It feels like the premium here is increasingly for the ambience of just being in Venice.

Non sapete quanto vi diamo ragione nel punto 25 anni fa. 25 anni fa era tutto più umano se una cosa non andava bene si poteva cambiare e accontentare il cliente! Oggi diamo parere tutti su tutto! Lavoriamo 12 ore al giorno per accontentare i clienti per far sì che si trovino come a casa loro! E se una sera può succedere che qualcosa non è andato bene in cucina o in sale come dite voi….. amen siamo umani. Vorrei tornare indietro e fare un patentino per chi scrive recensioni! Great place! Very polite, engaged staff. Not your usual tourist spot,. Personable and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended in Venice.

Food was good and location pleasant, but service, although efficient, was perfunctory at best. We were greeted with little more than a shrug and there was no attempt to build any kind of rapport.
