ci dispiace che la sua esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative.
Ci permettiamo però di precisare che Nikawa nasce con una filosofia diversa rispetto al classico all you can eat. Il nostro obiettivo è offrire un’esperienza premium, attraverso materie prime selezionate e specialità come i dim sum fatti a mano, l’anatra alla pechinese cotta nel nostro forno dedicato e il Wagyu.
Comprendiamo che questo tipo di proposta possa non incontrare i gusti di tutti e che alcuni clienti preferiscano un’esperienza diversa, più in linea con altri all you can eat.
Noi continueremo a portare avanti la nostra idea di qualità, che rappresenta l’identità di Nikawa e che ogni giorno viene apprezzata da tanti nostri clienti.

It's a new place that we went to try "all you can eat. The"menu pranzo" costs 15€ and the sushi's and tempuras are pretty interesting and tasty. Overall we were satisfied. The atmosphere is nice and cozy with great staff. I would recommend for you to try it!
If you want to impress someone this is the place! Really nice experience even for people who doesn’t enjoy japanese style food. Here forget about former experiences you had. Serving quality is above usual italian standart. Waitresses here observe really well and act super quick. Taste of the food never disappointing. Its my 5th time coming here. I ll come back many more times 💕
