It’s an amazing setting and the service was top notch. The food however is not the fine dining it pretends to be. While there were some highlights, the consistency was lacking. The amuse bouche honestly was the best part. We were with 3 and our starters were all good but definitely not fantastic. The octopus probably being the winner. The tuna tataki was well prepared although somewhat bland. The fish carousel was medium grade sashimi with little flavoring. The meagre fillet main was decent and well prepared with a simple flavor profile. The beef fillet was disappointing; not properly seasoned in advance and overcooked. Quite a low grade of beef or an incompetent preparation, or both. All in all the value wasn’t there and there wasn’t a single dish that awed us, which we do expect when paying close to €100 per person. Wouldn’t go again.
