La Sfera D'Oro

La Sfera D'Oro serves Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in a setting that feels informal and welcoming, with the character of a classic trattoria in the historic center of Sutri. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, suited to a simple, well-kept meal on the main square.

The most appreciated dishes include the fresh pasta, especially tortorelli with truffle and mushrooms, along with ravioli and mushroom soup. The cuisine is rooted in local tradition and stands out for its authentic flavors and careful preparation.

The restaurant is also valued for its friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and the sense of a place where traditional cooking is served with consistency and attention.
